Best time to go for best rental deals and still good weather?

We went mid May last yr and were thinking about mid Oct this yr. May was nice...not much in the way of crowds and the weather was just starting go get hot. But when I look at TP, it shows all of May is expected to have crazy high crowds. So then we thought about Oct b/c of MNSSHP and lower rental rates since its considered low season. But I don't know if I can wait till Oct! So when is another good time to go when the deals are still good, crowds are lower and weather is still nice (not blazing hot!)??

We went last October and couldn't have asked for lower crowds or nicer weather. That being said, we plan on going back this October but DH and I couldn't wait to go back either so we will be going back in 10 days!! Still low crowds and nice weather this time of year.

We went last may and had really nice weather! We were there in the beginning! What a bummer about May's crowds according to Touring plans.. We want to go in May! I also looked at easywdw...I went with their touring plans last October and they were pretty much spot on..and according to them its not going to be that bad ( I think they have a crowd predictor of 5)

Also, whats great about October is that it was nice weather for swimming and the water parks weren't very crowded at all!
