Which time is better to schedule breakfast, lunch and dinner at Table service restaurants? The time you enjoy more and the time that doesn't interfere with you theme park planning... For example: Breakfast at 8:00 am, lunch at 1:00 pm .. dinner at 6:00 pm ??

Are you on the dining plan? If so I'd go with dinner to get more for your money. Otherwise, pre park breakfasts can be fun and a good way to get some pics without tons of people in them. As far as times it is subjective. I like a later dinner as many tend to eat at 5-7 however I don't think it makes that much difference.

Anything later than 8:00 for breakfast is a waste, until 10:30 I'd say, because that's prime park touring time with short lines. We just had a 12:00 lunch at Tusker House this past week - it was good but very chaotic and reminded me of why we like to eat at off peak times. Dinner, doesn't really matter to us - we often do around 6:00 because we swim every afternoon and we don't want to have to get out to come shower and clean up too early.

Our TS are mostly dinners. We do early dinners and get more park time at night. Very rarely do breakfast or lunch TS but definitely throw in a few per trip! We go in August & take mid day breaks by the pool so we do RD (or close to it) & head back to the resort around lunch time.

We usually have a snack and coffee (or maybe a small QS meal) in the mornings, then have a TS meal around 2pm. This allows us to relax in AC at the hottest time of the day, when our feets are so very tired. In the later evening if we are still hungry we will split a QS meal or have a larger snack. We have found that a TS meal in the off time allows for greater rest, less feeling rushed, and a great break from the heat.

Two separate questions you've asked:
1.) time you enjoy more,
2.) time that doesn't interfere with planning.

Breakfast:
You either 'Rope Drop' or eat a 'proper' sit-down breakfast. Disney restaurants are not open at 6am so that you can then scurry to a Park. You make a choice: 1.) create the time to enjoy your meal, or 2.) maximize Park time by attending Rope Drop.

In some instances, you can eat inside the Park before 'official' opening and jump-the-line (so-to-speak) when the Park opens. However, since Disney reserves the right to change Park hours, sometimes this turns out to be a losing strategy.

But if you create some time - breakfast (and photographs without waiting on line) with Princesses, favorite Characters, and/or a brunch with a view of Magic Kingdom - all are uniquely Disney. Magical.

Lunch:
Unless enjoying time away from the Parks in Disney Springs, there is no place I 'recommend' for lunch. Best advice for lunch is eat early. If you want Qwik Serve and wait until after 12:30, you are going to stand on long lines just to order your food. Sit-down reservations have to wait until the first-round of diners have eaten, and so-on. Eat at 11am-11:30am. But if there is something uniquely Disney available, that makes sense too.

Dinner:
Some of us enjoy Signatures. Some of us, not so much. Some folks will go out of their way for food at Disney. Some folks won't be bothered. Some folks find value in Dining Packages that offer 'free' tickets. Some folks are quite happy to arrive early to secure their seats. Some folks are done with Parks by dinner; others are just getting started after a day enjoying Resort activities. But we go early to give ourselves after-dinner options of fireworks, more rides, etc.

There are countless ways to Tour Disney.

We aren't breakfast eaters so we typically do an early lunch at around 11:00 and then eat dinner around 6:00. Typically by 11:00 we are done with our rope drop/morning touring plan. After lunch we hit the less popular rides with smaller lines and the large capacity attractions that give us a break from the heat and sun. We get our FPs for mid to late afternoon so we aren't waiting in the heat/sun in longer lines. After dinner we typically just head back to the resort because we have usually done everything we want to do for the day.

I prefer either a breakfast before the park opens or a late breakfast closer to 12 (that or early lunch at that time). My goal for my family is to enjoy the park as much as possible while the crowd levels are low and then have a nice sit down meal mid day to relax.

Dinner usually works around what reservation i'm able to get. My trip in December I have a Ohana dinner at 3:30 because i can't get anything better so far.

It really depends a lot on your family, their sleep/eat patterns and your overall touring strategy. For us, we usually book 2 - 3 TS meals a day and I generally try to keep meal times as close to home as possible. Our preference is an early breakfast, around 8:00am to be done in time for park opening or close to it. Lunch around 12:30 which makes for a perfectly timed cool down break during our late August visits and dinner is normally around 6:00, which leaves enough time after we have eaten to do a few hours touring in a park at night.
