Best time to eat at WGP Express to avoid such a crowd

Last time we went to DTD Wolfgang Puck Express was just so packed that we had to eat somewhere else. Whats the best time to eat there for dinner and it not be so crazy crowded?

We will check in at the poly and get unpacked then head to DTD to eat and shop but we can either shop first or eat first but it will be after 5:00 when we get to DTD most likley.

The earlier the better usually but both WPE and EOS are usually crazy crowded except very off times like 3-4pm.
