Well I know I havent been this year yet but when is the best time to book flights for next august? As I have heard such good reports from people about delta we would like to try flying with them as I think VA will be too expensive. Do they fly from birmingham does anyone know? I dont mind in direct.
Also we would like to stay off site for 5 nights to do universal etc. We wont have a car as db has to wait another 4 years before the USA will let him drive. Why it was an 18 month ban here and a 7 year ban there I dont know:confused3
Due to transport it will have to be within acceptable access to seaworld and universal.
Would like somewhere close to resturants so we can walk there to eat.

I know its a long way off but I like to plan.
Would like to plan a trip in april/ay for 9 days as well but will be a budget trip.
We will have annual passes for disney so wont need to buy those.

Delta don't fly from Birmingham, it would be a long way around using codeshare and 2 stops ie Paris & Detroit or Amsterdam & Boston etc.
Probably better to drive to either London or Manchester and do 1 stop or London direct to Miami.

For next August I will start looking Sept, flights are released 11 months from your return date.

Scary hey:scared1: I figured booking indirect might save a few pounds. I did book for august one year in VA sale but they were still £450 with m+m and that was nearly 4 years ago. Hoping to get indirect around £550 each. Can live in hope I suppose:rotfl:

Thanks wayne.

Just for your info we are going this August 23rd and flying with BA , 2 Adults & 1 Kid total cost was £1438 we booked in September of last year to get that price...

There are always great prices going last week in August, wish we could take advatage of it, just can't fit 3-4 weeks in going at that time of year.

I bet she wont, well she might when she has to get up:happytv: My DD will be in year 6 next september and I think she is back in around the 4th or 5th september so as long as she is back in by the friday we will go before that time frame.

Did you find flights?

We just booked for next August through Cosmos (Monarch Airlines) and got a great hotel and good flight times for a stupid cost compared to other places we looked at?

EDIT: Also our hotel is on I-Drive and neither of us has a licence so we'll be taking the Lynx or I-Trolley up and down between all the parks.

Worth a try?

Good luck!

Just checked our dates, nothing there for us (3 adults) they want £5,000 for 3 weeks in a value, £5,500 in a moderate(without tickets). I am looking for about £5,000 in Deluxe (OKW or SSR) including 3 x 21 day tix, VH want over £9,000:scared1:
