Best time to arrive at the port?

We will be at the AKL the night before the (7 day Magic) cruise and have decided against the Disney transfer to the port because we have a family of 5 and also because it just leaves way too late - there is no way we'd be able to get any Palo reservations or anything like that. So, my question is, what time should we have a car pick us up? And what car service is recommended? We would like the time in the morning to have a nice breakfast at Boma, since two of us were there in December and loved it, would like for the rest of the family to eat there too.

The gates at the port don't open prior to 10:30 am, so there's no reason to plan arriving any earlier than that.

Cape Canaveral is about 60 miles from Disney. Should take about an hour to get there depending on traffic (we've never encountered any). Since DH is not fond of flying, he drives down so we have our own transportation. The girls and I usually use Tiffany Town Car from MCO to WDW and they are very reliable. I've also heard good things about Happy Limo. Hope that helps....Oh, and Amy...... only 103 more days until the June 29 sailing!
