Like many others out MK photo session was cancelled. :sad1: But, being from Atlanta, we are able to come back to Disney and re-schedule the session (aka another excuse to go back to Disney). That being said, now the big question is when to come back for the session?!?

Is it really cold Jan-early March? (I don't want to have goosebumps in my photos)

I also don't want to wait too long after our wedding (Oct. 24). DPS said November and December were pretty booked.

Also, our annual passes will expire April 9th.

Decisions, decisions, decisions!!!

We were just at Disney in February and it was veryvery chilly!! January and February are really a crapshoot. I went in January 2005 and it was unseasonably warm. We were also there in march 2010 and it rained a few days then was nice - not too cold. I think weather wise it would be safer to wait until end of match or early April. But you'll have to deal with spring break sized crowds.

I live in FL (2 hours south of Disney) and Jan and Feb are usually chilly in the morning. We have some mornings where it gets down below freezing (and people put blankets on their palm trees, lol!). I'd pick March or April if I were you. March has always been our favorite time of year to visit Disney.

We had our shoot in early December and it was freezing cold. So much so it spoiled the experience for us. I definitely recommend going when the weather is warmer so you can really enjoy it.

I've been in April before and the weather was lovely, rainy but warm.

Ours was February 16, 2011, and I was not cold, not even a little bit! However, the week before our shoot was cold MID-day, so I would imagine it would be freezing in the early morning. Late Feb. might be safer than early Feb. or Jan.?

Oops, guess I should mention we were pushed to 7:30, so we didn't get going until 7:50 or so. Suppose that makes a difference.

Ours was March 24, 2004 and the weather was perfect! The only problem it was very light at 6:00 am (the 5:00 am shoot wasn't available then) and we didn't get the castle in color.

Thanks so much guys! We are now scheduled for March 24th at 6:30 AM!! Fingers crossed that we don't get bumped again :goodvibes
