We are going in a month and are doing one Epcot EMH morning and a few Epcot evenings. When is the best time to see SE with minimal waits? Before park closing?

I recommend early afternoon or later. Once the masses pass by in the morning, most don't usually return to this area unless leaving.

A lot of people walk on it immediately when they get to the park. So, my advice is anytime other than the start of the day. I've never done EMH mornings though, so I'm not sure what the lines are like then. I'd rather use that time for Soarin' or Mission Space instead of Spaceship Earth. We go during a time when its' not busy - and Spaceship Earth has never had more than a 10 minute wait for us, if that, as long as we don't do it first thing in the morning.

On the EMH morning we're planning on Soarin', Living with the Land, Living Seas with Nemo, Imagination Ride (no EO), Sum of All Thrills (DH only), Spaceship Earth and Character Spot before going into World Showcase. How would you tackle those?

If it were me, I'd save Spaceship Earth to do on the way out of the park at the end of the day. I would get fastpasses for Soarin' (send someone while the rest to go Character Spot if there's somebody who doesn't want to be in pictures; this is a great time for Character Spot, as it's not crowded and you get great interaction), then I'd beat it to Sum of All Thrills. It's a slow-loader, so you want to do that early.

FYI: pretty much anybody of any thrill level (at least 48") can do this experience. It's super-easy to set it so that you get a very mild experience and don't go upside down.

After Sum of All Thrills I'd head back to the Land, then Living Seas, then Imagination, which puts you in a good position to head toward World Showcase. We like to be at World Showcase as soon as it opens, as this is a very pleasant time to walk around back there.

Have fun!

I forgot, that morning we have an ADR at 9:50 for Akershus. That will put us in WS when it opens. I definitely want to prioritize Character spot, Soarin', and Sum of All Thrills and see what else we can accomplish in FW before the ADR. Is character spot open early on EMH mornings?

Never, never stand in line for SSE! I'm probably at Epcot 15 days per year, I ride it every time, and I probably have a *combined* wait time of about 10 minutes for all those rides. Not kidding.

Mid afternoon & early evening are usually walk-on.

I always feel so sorry for all those poor saps who rush in the park at rope drop & directly into the SSE queue for 15 minutes... and when you pass by and people are all wrapped around the sides in those extended queues? It just makes my heart hurt!

Of course, those are probably the same people who think they are doomed to neverending standby waits for everything because those darn Fast Passes are too expensive.

What is SSE? I spend so much time trying to figure out these abbreviations! Thanks!

***Just realized Space Ship Earth, sorry --it was spelled out before so I figured you were talking about something else*****
