Best time of day to build a Droid

I originally booked our droid build at 7:50pm thinking it would be good to not have to carry it around the park and to also be in HS after closing. I just learned the droids interact. Do you think an earlier time would be better to build it to have the opportunity to watch it interact with other droids? Or was my initial thoughts on 7:50 the better idea? Thanks!

Pre-Covid, there use to be a pad outside where droids could interact. However, now that pad is gone, unless it was moved inside the store? Are you building more than one?
