I was just wondering... besides rope drop, when is the best time to hit TSMM! to get the shortest wait? Or is it just luck?

About 5 minutes after rope drop the wait hovers between 30 and 45 minutes for the rest of the day. There is not a best time, just get in line if you catch it at 30 minutes.
