Best time for Breakfast at BOMA?

During our December trip, I set aside a "lazy" day (no parks) and I'm thinking about a yummy breakfast at Boma, then just wander the resort and take in the beauty of it all.

Regarding breakfast: What's the best time to go? None of us are really early risers, so I'm thinking the later the better if you know what I mean. However, I don't want to get there and have them rush us out.

I'd love to hear your opinions!

I like getting a 10 or 10:30 seating. Sometimes 10 is the best since 11 is the latest, but those people seem rushed sometimes. When I want to do a real leisurely breakfast and just graze the buffet, I make it at 10am and usually stay until around 11:15am.

Is PS a must for breakfest during early December if we want a first thing in the morning table????

We have had beakfast at Boma 3 times in the past year. The best was by far the 8:00 PS. 2 weeks ago we had a 10:45 ps. It really was not as good. You could tell the food had been sitting around, the selection was picked over etc. It wasn't bad, just not as good or fresh as when we ate ther early in the morning. The made to order eggs and pancakes were great. If this is your first time there you would probably not notice a diffrence.
