Best Time 2 Book?

We usually book thru AAA and get the package including room, tickets and rental car---After finding this place I'm starting to think I could do better on my own! How far in advance can things be booked? I was looking at the Vistana resort or condo but I'd stay almost anywhere off site cuz we only go to the hotel to sleep and maybe swim a bit. Remember there are five in our party so the Disney value resorts don't work for us---we need the room. And helpful tips are appreciated. thanks

if you have a car - then offsite will save you alot of money - most of the time. there are offsite places that cost as much as WDW.

sheraton vistana resort is very nice
Cypress point also gets high rating. and can be found here
