Best TA's??

I have read mainly good things about Dreams Unlimited and Small World Travel. Does anyone have opinions on either of these? Thanks in advance!!

The fact that dreams unlimited is the sponsor of these boards is one thing in thier favor.

We used Dreams for our last cruise and cannot say anything but good things about the experiene.

I have never used a TA for a Disney trip before but was encouraged by all the positives about Dreams Unlimited on this board. I have to add my BIG YES to their service.

I have made umpteen changes (due to work) and my coordinator (SUE ELLEN) has been nothing but a miracle worker. She's gotten all the changes (with even a better rate) and gotten all the PS's I wanted (AND the changes). She even got Cindy's for me!

You can't imagine how nice it is to have someone do all the ground work. No multiple calls to Disney...just emails to Sue Ellen. I have recommended them to work colleagues as well....hope they use them. Doubt I would ever plan another trip on my own.

If your planning a Disney Vacation, you should use a TA that specializes in Disney. For me that Dreams!

I love thier service, have no complaints, their everything I would expect, PLUS!

Be it a 3 day stay or a 2-week stay, I find them up-to-date on everything. Some of those little changes that sometimes happen overnight, you can bet there's an e-mail waiting letting me know about the changes.

Yes, Thank You Dreams for helping to make my Dreams come true.

We used Small World for our April 2003 trip and are using Dreams Unlimited for our April 2004 trip.

The service I recevied from Small World was okay but nothing spectacular. I went several months without an e-mail or update. Planning the details of the trip were my responsibility.
We had a great trip (CRT, PSB, Chef Mickey's, Princess Dinner, Illumination Cruise, etc.) because of all that I learned on this board.

I can say that the service I have recevied from Sue Ellen at Dreams has far surpassed the service I received from Small World. All of my questions have been answered promptly and honestly. I have not had to wait 2 - 3 days for a reply to any question. Especially when you consider that my trip is 177 days away!!

She was able to rework our package for the Disney Visa Kids Stay
Free promotion very quickly.

She has sent e-mails with changes, updates, and reviews of events/attractions.

Never used Small World, they took too long to get back to me.

Tried Dreams, they were OK. My Agent mysteriously disappeared and was replaced by another.

Felt like Goldilocks when I tried Magical Journeys. They were just right. My agent and I "clicked" immediately, like I had known her all my life. So for me, its Magical Journeys.

I have used Dreams Unlimited for quite a few WDW trips, and I have been very pleased each time. My agent, Liz, is fantastic! She is so helpful and prompt in responding to me. She also is very diligent about getting discounts when they're available. I plan to keep on using Dreams.

I have been working with Beth from Small World on my upcoming trip next month and my trip next year. She is great!!!! She got some great rates for me and has answered all of my questions promptly. The very morning new rates came out, she called and altered my ressie. Saved me lots of money!!! I would highly recommend Small World Travel!!!
