Best strategy for Rose & Crown/Illuminations question

Hi!

I was so excited to get ressies at R&C Easter Sunday @ 7:00pm! Tried to get them a little later, but already booked up!

We want to sit outside for Illuminations. Is 7:00 too early (DH say we'll eat reeeaallly slooowwww), and what's the best strategy for getting seated outside?

When you check-in at the R&C podium, request a patio table to view illuminations. If nothing is available, tell them you will wait. At 7:00PM something will open up.

Then take your time ordering, review the menu, and the view. Order a drink, an appetiser. By the time dessert arrives your party will be viewing illuminations.

The R&C is a great way to view illuminations! Have FUN.
