My husband and I found the steak at Tony's with the butter topping to be good enough to go back for seconds.

I had an excellent, albeit small, filet mignon at Le Cellier this past July.

I think these are meaningless without rankings, so here are the rankings per my husband, the steak eater - you'll note we haven't been everywhere (notably Shula's or Yachtman).

1. Jiko - excellent steak twice
2. Flying Fish - once
3. Teppanyaki - a surprise pick and its Teppan style, but its one of his favorites. Three times.
4. Le Cellier
4. (tie) Narcoosees. Le Cellier's steak was better than Narcoosee's once. We've only had Narcoosee's steak once. Le Cellier we've eaten at three times, two steaks would have ranked below Narcoosees
5. Kona

What is the best restaurant for steak at WDW?

Shula's Steakhouse located in the Dolphin. If you are only interested in places that take the DDP then the filet at Jiko is outstanding and I have come to consider that to be a better piece of meat then the Yachtsman.
