Hi there. :) My dh is a steak person. Where can you get the best steak without breaking the bank? We are going on a budget. Ha! Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
:rolleyes1 :cool1:

Everyone has a different idea of what it means to be on a budget...BUT if you're willing to splurge a little:

Le Cellier for lunch!! They have 2 entrees for $20 and filet for $22, but I think it's the best for the price.

Le Cellier, hands down, with the Cheddar Cheese soup and a Moosehead or three.

Well I was going to tell you to go to Shula's but that will certainly break the bank.

Shula's in the Dolphin is BY FAR the best steak, and worth every penny. Second place is sooooo far off, it's not even worth mentioning. Most of the high end restaurants will have a good steak, but then the prices go up.

Artist Point in the Wilderness Lodge has a good buffalo steak. Le Cellier is ok, until you eat at Shula's... Once you get a steak at Shula's, it's hard to go back. I've eaten at 2 Palms, Nine, and Smith and Wollensky, and for my money, Shula's is the best steak I've ever had.

If you can travel " out of the Kingdom" a must is Charlie's steak house,
a little pricey but well worth it ! The have the best meat in Orlando. IMHO

We really enjoy the Char Crusted Medallions of Filet Mignon at the Kona Cafe. And at about $26 it's not going to break the bank. You get 2 filets along mashed potatoes and asparagus. Yummy!! :thumbsup2

You said best steak, I thought Shula's but then noticed the words on a budget....that would certainly not be on a budget, good steak though.

Le Cellier for lunch. They have a steak sandwich for about 12 bucks.
Pepper Market at the Coronado Springs resort has a ribeye under $20.
Concourse has a couple steaks at about $20 also at lunch.

Never been to Shula's, but we're filet mignon fans and we love Le Cellier! Not only does it have excellent beef, but all of their food is phenomenal, the best place to eat for a really nice meal @ WDW.

Thank you for the suggestions. I was looking at the Concourse, but it isn't mentioned much. I know Le Cellier is high on many people's list as well.
:cat: :fish:

Kona's and Le Cellier have the best on a budget

BUT

If you get on the DDP...you can go to Wolfgang Pucks for their $34 filet and add a $17 appetizer (maybe crab cakes) for you and a creme brulee for dessert ...and that would be just one TS!!!!
