Best snacks on WDW Property?

My, I'm getting hungry thinking about all these snacks! Thanks so much for your opinions!
I have to ask though, what exactly IS the Dole Whip? I've seen it many times over the times I've been to WDW, but I honestly don't know what it is besides something pineapple!
But trust me, I will definitely be trying some of these things when we get down to Disney!

The Dole Whip is a soft serve pineapple treat. You can have it swirled with vanilla soft serve or with pineapple juice (as a float)

I have lived near DLR my entire life and never tried a Dole Whip until about 5 years ago while at WDW on the DDP. It is pretty tasty. Personally, I like it without the pineapple juice as the juice is not cold and on a warm day the whip melts too fast in the juice.

I posted a picture of a self serve one from Cook's in my previous post if that helps at all.

Thanks so much! Is is worth trying even if someone isn't a pineapple lover? One of us likes pineapple, the other doesn't, and we are planning on sharing a lot of our snack credits, especially with dessert-like items.

You should definitely try one.

This has always been my favourite snack at Disneyland. I grew up 10 minutes from DLR, so I went frequently. My best friend actually worked at the Dole stand one summer and she still loves her Dole whips.

I can't wait to try one in Florida.

I would say you don't have to be a pineapple lover to like it. But if you are a pineapple hater than it's probably best to get a pineapple swirl or get something else all together.

I know what you mean about sharing credits-we do this all the time. Last fall I think we have somewhere close to 20 SC to use on our last day! We brought home a lot of fudge last trip! As well as other sweets.

What is a Zebra Dome?

Zebra-Dome.jpg

Zebra Domes are a creation of the Boma restaurant at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. They are found in the dessert section on the buffet, and have been one of the most popular items on the menu since opening day. The secret ingredient is Amarula Liquor. As found at Mara, AK Food Court

The Famous Dole Whips at Aloha Isle (Adventureland - MK)

  • Jalapeno Pretzel at Animal Kingdom (various snack carts)
    Cloudberry Horn at EPCOT's Norway
oooohh and you MUST visit Boulangerie Patisserie in France where almost everything is
    yummers!

And though it is probably out of your way, the brownies at Wilderness Lodge's Roaring Forks are SO GOOD. They have brownies at AKL too, but they just don't taste the same.

    Have fun!

I saw a picture of it and it looks delicious!!! And is Starring Rolls on the "Main" street of DHS? If not, I'm wondering where it may be. I feel like I've gone by it before, but obviously I've never been in it.
Again, thanks for everyone's opinions!

I love the pineapple float (Dole whip float) and a pineapple spear from Aloha Isle. That's my favorite snack. :lovestruc

But! I can't wait to try the caramels from the new shop in Germany.

I got the White Elephant (though mine was gray) last Oct. It was big and pretty good, but really sweet. Lots of coconut and while the center was supposed to be peanut butter I'm not sure what it was. It was kind of green in color and I couldn't figure out the taste.

Here's a few pix.

Oh my goodness that looks delicious. But I've noticed with Disney's cupcakes they generally are really sweet, but I have a feeling I might have to try this anyways. (:
