Oh, coconut. If I could write a love song, it would be about coconut. All tropical flavors really. Banana, coconut, pineapple, orange, etc. I should live on an island.... Instead I live in a desert. Good burritos here though.

You sound like me ! that being said, you have to try the bread pudding at OHana and Raglan Road ! omg the best desert ever ! and i'm really not even a fan of bread pudding but SOOOo delicious !
In general, I just don't eat a lot of desserty food... But this is a vacation danggit, and if it so happens I need to be crane lifted out and slingshotted (now, I'm certain that is not a word...) home, then so be it. Note to self- stretchy pants. 
Oh, tiramisu! Now, that I have had and I LOVE it. Love. It's a gateway cake.PPs have already mentioned most of my faves:
-Bread Pudding at Raglan Road
-Fried WonTons at Yak & Yeti
-ANY Creme Brulee
Just need to add Tiramisu! Just a touch of chocolate - but mostly mascarpone cream, espresso, and lady fingers.
I have heard and seen pictures of the dome thingers! My husband would push small children and animals out of the way for a rootbeer float. (Not really, of course, well, hopefully. He does love them though.)
Holy list making Batman! I'm starting to be very glad there is no calories in type. I hope so anyhow. I'm going to have to actually look up and write down where we are eating, since yeah, I don't really know except for Kona and Yak and Yeti.
I don't think my favorite dessert on property has been mentioned yet. The caramelized banana napoleon from Flying Fish is awesome.
As others have mentioned the bread pudding from RR is pretty good and we always plan to have ice cream at least once at Ghirardelli's.
