Hello all, we are heading back to the Disney World this December. We have a day between when we arrive and when my parents will be arriving with our DD so we wanted to celebrate our ten year wedding anniversary on our own at a signature restaurant. So, I need help deciding on the best one. We've been to California Grill, Narcoossee's, and Le Cellier and we wouldn't mind trying something new. Thanks in advance.

Not counting the ones you said I would pick Boathouse or the Yachtsman, depending if you want seafood or steak. Both are very good. My favourites are California Grill and Narcoossee's. Citricos is nice too for a couple.

If you're ok with traveling to Swan/Dolphin I'd go with Shula's for steak, Bluezoo for seafood or Il Mulino for Italian. The restaurants there are quieter and more romantic!

You said "Best". Victoria & Albert's, Grand Floridian. Party of two, about $750.

Now, you MIGHT have meant "best".... or? You might have DDP, or TIW. Either will allow "Good" to "very good". We just need a little more data?

We do have the deluxe Disney dining plan. I have the toughest time making decisions. Location isn’t necessarily important because we will have a car. We definitely enjoy wine/cocktails. I’m sure each one would be a favorite to someone I just didn’t know if there was one that was consistently good.

Experiences at all the signatures seem to be fluid as staff changes. Currently, the ones on the rise are California Grill, Flying Fish and Shula's. More and more not so good experiences recently at Narcoossee's and Yachtsman.

Not sure if it will be open this December, but my favorite is Artist Point, as I've had great food, service, and views out the window of the geyser there.

Yachtsman is one of my favorites - good food and atmosphere. I also find it one of the most romantic resorts at night ( BC all light up at night with the BW in the distance - sigh. )

Yachtsman hands down! We have gone almost every year since our honeymoon in 2004 and service and food is always beyond excellent. Sometimes we throw in a California Grill for the fireworks view and Jiko is good, just because I love the location!

I love CA Grill best but part of what I love is how kid friendly it is, which would possibly take it off my list for an adult only night (and put it on my list with the kid!)

Honestly I think they are all pretty good and all sometimes have off nights. I'd probably go for something that seems the LEAST appealing with my child because I can always take him to the ones that are appealing. Also I'd go for something heavily themed like Jiko, AP or maybe even Flying Fish (I think it looks so elegant).

I would also consider hitting a grownup lounge beforehand as well!

California Grill remains one of our favorites. Neck and neck is Jiko. Love the atmosphere, food and service. Just outstanding.
Artist Point, Flying Fish and Il Mulino are close.

We love Jiko and have dined there every trip. The menu seems more adventurous and has many items that we would not find back home. We have always had excellent food and top notch service.

OK - best to list what you can NOT book, with any DDP...
1) Shula's, Dolphin.
2) Il Mulino, Swan.
3) V&A, GF.
4) Any number of Disney Springs Restaurants... check each one.

Best bets with DDP....
1) Yachtsman.
2) CA Grill.
3) Citrico's.

I WOULD have added Artist Point - but all indications are that this will be "down" NOV 2018 - DEC 2018....

Jiko or Citricos.

But really - read the menus and decide for yourself!

Yachtsman is low on my list because of the menu - we just aren't steakhouse folks and the other entrees aren't us. CA Grill - we got terrible service. Others clearly haven't had that problem or it wouldn't remain so recommended. Didn't like my meal at bluezoo - but my companion that meal loved it. Despise Le Cellier popularity - we think it feels like an overpriced cafeteria. Artist Point - we'd go back there in terms of atmosphere, service, and menu variety - but one of us didn't love our meal that visit. The Wave has been a big hit for us - but its not signature. Sanaa - a favorite for us - but again - not signature. Shula's - overcooked steak and bad service - others love it. Narcoosses - my SIL favorite place - but I don't like places that smell like fish to me.

So - my rambling is basically pointless --- read the menu's - make a guess.
