If you wanted to experience Signature dining, which would be you choice to try? There will be four dults, none are picky eaters. We have done the regular dining plan before and have decided to splurge and try a Signature restaurant.

Some of the better choices (in no particular order):
  • California Grill
  • Narcoossee's
  • Citricos
  • Flying Fish Cafe
  • Artist Point
Any of these would be solid choices - my top three would be Cali Grill, FF, and Narcoossee's - but you'll certainly get varying opinions.

Jiko, Citrico's and Flying Fish are my top three at the moment. Any of those would be well worth a visit.

California Grill and Narcoossees are my favorites. With both restaurants if you time your reservation correctly you can watch the MK fireworks from you table (and they both pipe in the music)>

Jiko and Citricos are our two favorite signatures but both just have delicious food and neither have the wow WDW theme factor with a great view, etc. if that is what you are looking for.

California Grill, Narcoossee's and Flying Fish are our second tier options (we do usually go to them each trip but they have been a little more hit and miss). CG and Narcoossee's both have views with possibility of seeing fireworks.

I don't like Yachtsman much and I didn't think Le Cellier was a good value - and our last two meals there were not good - when it wasn't a signature so I doubt I will return now that it is.

Haven't made it to Artist Point or Bistro de Paris though I hear good things about them.

These are all excellent choices and I don't think you can beat the Contemporary for the views.

I have eaten at Bistro de Paris and it is amazing. Spring for the flight of Grand Marnier and enjoy 100 year old liquid deliciousness. :thumbsup2

I enjoyed Artist Point, good food with a different twist. Also Cali Grill for the view and the sushi. I was really pleased with Flying Fish..great cheese plate and wonderful fish.

Artist Point is my favorite for its inventive, seasonal Pacific Northwest menu. Citricos, Yachtsman, and Jiko are also great IMO.

My least favorites are California Grill and Narcoossee's, as I think the food is either too underwhelming or too simple, and I've had terrible service at Narcoossee's. At the same time, these restaurants are super popular for their fireworks views.

We love the Yachtsman steakhouse. We went there on our honeymoon, and are going back next month for our anniversary!

Our favorite Signatures are:

- California Grill
- Yachtsman's Steakhouse
- Artist Point
- Narcoossee's

We really like California Grill and always make a point of going there each trip. We love the atmosphere of the restaurant, the food is always excellent and so is the service, plus you just cannot beat the view. We love making ADRs for the first seating (5:30pm) because we love watching the sun set over MK....it is just as beautiful as watching Wishes from up there. However, when we go in January, we have a later dinner time (7:00pm) and since MK closes at 8pm and Wishes is at the same time, this will be the first time that we get to watch the show while dining.

Bistro de Paris cannot be beat, the best restaurant on property in our opinion (2 years running)

From there, Artist Point is amazing and Citricos consistently delivers a great meal.

Easily our top 3 recommendations.

Well can you tell us more what is *your* ideal dining experience?? I think everyone has their opinions...and different takes.

My husband and I love Citrico's, Jiko, and Cali Grill probably in that order. I think that LeCellier is good but its very different from a Ruth Chris type experience. I have never been to Flying Fish so I can't comment....

Whatever you choose...ENJOY!!!

Jiko, Citrico's and Flying Fish are my top three at the moment. Any of those would be well worth a visit.

I concur. It would be tought to pick only one. I would have to put all three in a hat and make my choice that way.

Citricos, Artist Point, Narcooses or Flying Fish are all top tier options
Jiko drops a smidge due to no more Chef Annette, California Grill also good though I had spotty service and food, tons haven't.

If I had to rank them:

1. V & A's
2. California Grill
3. BlueZoo
4. Citricos
5. Flying Fish Cafe
