What is the best shuttle service from MCO to WDW? I'm staying at the Dolphin, so I can't use Magical Express. A grocery stop would be nice, but not absolutely necessary. Don't want to pay an arm and a leg for it either.

Mears runs a bus shuttle service to most (all?) hotels in the Orlando area. You will need to book them in advance or go to the Mears desk at the airport.

Mears runs Magic Express on behalf of Disney so you might even find yourself on a Magic Express coach.

They won't stop for a grocery pick-up.

If you want a stop-off to pick up groceries, you will need to book a limo, like the one advertising at the head of this page. Depending on the number of persons in your party, a limo might work out cheaper than Mears.

Depends on how many are in your group. I used the Mears shuttle a year ago and found it to be just fine..but if you have more than two in the party and you want groceries, it may be more cost efficient to book a car service.
Mears runs about $32 pp, r/t, but doesn't stop for groceries..obviously. You can use a grocery delivery service for about $12 charge, plus any tip. I have used both gardengrocer.com and wegoshop.com...both with good results.
Or..you can book a car service for about $100 r/t, or $60 one way, plus tip, but you should be able to get that free grocery stop with the r/t fare, and perhaps with the one way fare.

This is how it would break down...for two people in the group..
Mears...$64 fare, plus a $10 or so tip. Then cost of groceries, plus a $12 delivery charge and $8 tip...total about $85.
A car service....R/T would be about $100, plus a $20 tip..total $120ish.
Up to you.

For $95 plus tip a Tiffany driver will take 4 adults and luggage to Publix for a grocery stop then on to any WDW resort hotel. We've used them twice for S/D stays.
