Best shoes

3 parks in a day and my knees ache already. Any recommendations for shoes that give great support and a spring in my step?

Keens. My husband has had a pair for about a year. He's had multiple knee surgeries/scopes and is up for a knee replacement *probably* within the next 5 years. He LOVES them.

Reebok Zigs or Nike Air Max. After 10 days in the parks DH, who has very bad knees, had no problems at all.

IF you are at the parks now...buy the crocs they have for sale.

I recommend having a new pair of crocs for any Disney trip, they are a must. They give support and let your feet breathe and expand as the day wears on.
We always take our crocs and a pair of running shoes, and switch on and off. This is maximum support.

My DW and I use Asics. I know they are running shoes, but they have always worked well.

I hear Nike running trainers as my feet tend to swell with the heat and find them comfy. My dad wears Mizuno running trainers and he feels the same.
