Oops, my bad. I would be the person getting interviewed, so I’m looking for questions to ask them when they ask “do you have any questions for us?”.

What does a successful first 90 days look like for this position? This is a way to ask about the top pain points and allows the interviewer to discuss first priorities once initial training is done.

Is this a new position or am I filling an opening due to someone leaving or being promoted? This may be obvious depending on the position but if it is for an analyst role, a support role, or any implementation position it would be good to know. If it is a new role follow up with what prompted the role to be created.

Not sure what you mentioned in the first interview, but you could ask about benefits (401, health insurance); would you have a yearly or semi-yearly review?
