I know ANY seat at Palo is a good seat. But are there some tables that are better than others, view wise?
I've never heard of anyone making an advance seat request for Palo. They'll seat you when you show up for your meal, and you can feel free to state a preference at that time. I think once I asked to be moved shortly after being seated, and they were happy to do so.adding on to this, do you make a seat request in advance or when you get on the ship?
Does Palo have table numbers and dining room rotations? That sounds more like the MDR than Palo.On our cruise last week our server informed us you can request anything! (of course not guaranteed). She said people request a specific server, table number, dining room rotation, you name it! We loved our server and would definitely ask for her if we sail on the Dream again.

The problem is if you ask for more than one of those, DCL will have to pick one to prioritize so you may not get everything you want. It should also be noted table numbers do not stay the same for every cruise.
No table numbers. That is, there are no numbered placards on the tables. I would not be surprised to find that the dining room manager and servers use a numbering system to keep track of orders, special requests, etc. That way, if the chef or sommelier need to go to a particular table, there would be an easy way for the table location to be identified.Does Palo have table numbers and dining room rotations?
