Rule 1. If it's on the
DDP as a one credit meal stay far away!
If it's not on the DDP at all you have a good shot at good food. If it's at least signature you have a decent shot at good food.
I like seafood and my only two options right now at Disney are Blue Zoo and Boathouse. Reading the new Flying Fish menu leaves me not feeling very optomistic about that one going forward. They have adopted the basic "everyone has the same basic ingredients model" that is very prevalent at Disney now.
Sushi at Disney is not really that good anymore. Used to be great at the California Grill, but... I was not impressed last time I tried it.
