Which dinner buffet hast the best Seafood?

We are staying at BCV so the Cape May "Clam Bake" sounds good to me.

Just curious if there are any better choices, or if any have Crab Legs on them?

Thanks,
Guy

I can't think of another dinner buffet that has more seafood than Cape May. A couple of them have peel n' eat shrimp or maybe mussels, but none others are strictly seafood buffets.

Cape May used to be a favorite of mine, but quality has gone down in the past few years and it has gotten so crowded that you have to wait in a 15 minute line for your food, which is annoying.

You can get crab legs, I think, but you pay extra for them!

We ate at the Cape May buffet last year the night before our cruise. There were crab legs on the buffet. It was okay, but we did feel it was overpriced, and we are folks who happily hand the Mouse our money.

I don't think there are crab legs on the buffet anymore, and especially not during free dining. I think that was a trial thing of some sort, and even if they do decide to bring them back, they won't be offering them while guests are getting dining for free. I love crab legs. The only place Ive seen them is at Capts. grille maybe??? and it isn't a buffet. You get 1.25 lbs, which at my house...aint much!! We wait until they go on sale at our local grocery story and buy like seven or eight pounds for the four of us, so I would think 1.25 lbs (including shell, etc...) would be like an appetizer!! lOL

Garden Grove has a seafood buffet two nigths of the week, Robert P just posted a review of their Italian night buffet, and also posted the menus for the rest of the nights.

There really aren't (in my opinion) any great seafood buffets on Disney property. We've been to the one at The Swan several years ago on a Friday night and crab legs were part of the meal. Other than the crab legs, which were o.k., nothing else really stood out. Cape May Cafe's Clambake is a pretty watered down seafood buffet. Having said that, the steamed clams and mussels are very good and the other non-seafood items are quite tasty. On our last visit at the end of May, they had steamed crab legs as part of the meal. They were delicious! The waitress told us that the crab legs were a test only and were only available for a limited time.

Cape May Seafood was very enjoyable. It's quality is typical of most WDW buffets, certainly not awesome, but pretty good. I'd recommend it.

My family & I went to Cape May in June While the wait was long...the meal and the service were wonderful. There were no crab legs. Go and enjoy. We all loved it!

We got the story a little over a week ago on crab legs. It was a test, for a certain time. Now they are going through a financial evaluation to see if it can become a permanent addition.
