Best Screen Protector For Ipad

Just got a new iPad air. Was wondering what everyone uses for a screen protector. I bought an invisible shield and it made the screen look horrible. Maybe I didn't put it on right but it was all smudged. Anyway any suggestions would be great.

I have an Otterbox Defender case on my IPad 2. It has a hard plastic screen protector that works great! It doesn't change the functionality or appearance and when I take my IPad out it looks brand new hope that helps!

My ipad 2 recently went kaput so I bought an air. I never used a screen protector on my first.... and have not put one on the air. The screen on the air is different to begin with.... I don't think I would like the added barrier at all.

To each their own, but your ipad will likely survive fine without!

I have always kept mine in a case with a cover and never had a problem. I traded my 1st generation one in when target had their trade-in offer and it looked brand new plus I always carry mine in my purse so it gets banged around.

I second the Otterbox. I have one on my i-pad and one on my daughters i-pad mini. It takes a beating on the mini.

Thanks everyone for the great ideas. I mainly want something to keep the fingerprints off of it and to keep it from getting scratched. For now I'm just wiping it down daily.
