Best sales @ WDW store

Where have you found the best sales at a WDW property store. Either after christmas merchandise or sales in general?

There usually aren't too many sales on property, but I know at times Summer Sands at DTD has sales... they are random, and not necessarily after Christmas. It doesn't seem as though WDW does like regular retail stores with sales. They are pretty hit or miss.
