Best Route To WDW From Airport

I was wondering which is the most direct route to take from the Orlando Airport to WDW? We are staying at POR.

We akways take the south exit out of MCO and get on 417 (it is a toll road). This leads into 536 whiich becomes Epcot Center Drive. Follow the signs to POR.

I also agree with taking 417. It is a nice highway with not a lot of traffic. You don't arrive stressed by having driven I-4.

Same here, we use 417, very easy to drive. Two $1 toll booths. Exit at exit 6, International Drive. Continue straight until you pass under the WDW arch. Take the next exit, Downtown Disney. Go straight at the light, POR will be on the right, after OKW.

There are driving directions from all three area airports (MCO, TPA, SFB) including grocery stops if needed on Deb's web site.

You might get more responses over on the transportation board but we always take the 417 Greenway from MCO to Walt Disney World. I think there is about $3.00 in tolls but we never hit traffic and the signage is great. 20 to 25min ride at the most.

The tolls are $2 to exit 6 or $2.50 to exit 3 (no change provided there). I agree with everyone else...417 is the way to go!

Thanks to all of you that posted replies for my route question....now the saga continues!!! On the back of my POR confirmation, they have these directions.....

417 to the Osceola Parkway... then turn right on Victory Way and then a right unto Buena Vista Drive. Turn left on Bonnet Creek parkway. POR will be on the right.

Which now is the best route to go?
