We were in 477 last week. It's at the very end of the longest hallway, but it is very quiet down there. The villa is right next to the exit stairs, which makes it easy to take a short path to the bus stop (following the parking lot sidewalk).
There is also an elevator not too far away, one that leads directly to the Dunes Cove quiet pool.
The unit has three balconies, each with a unique -- if not special -- view. From the living room we could see the Soarin' show building and the roof of the the Land Pavilion. The primary bedroom has a view of Spaceship Earth at night; you can see the lights through the trees. The second bedroom has a pretty wide open view of the EPCOT fireworks. There is a road that runs directly past the room, but the noise isn't very noticeable.
If you have a room request, contact Member Services to put it in ahead of time. If you get there and don't like the room to which you are assigned, they might say that you can get a different room but only if you wait until the next day.
Room assignments are made about a week or so before checkin, so as above, chat/email/call MS to put in your request before that. I submit mine as soon as I know what they are (although I rarely request anything). And remember, it’s just a request, not a promise!
