Our first trip "home" to the BCV is fast approaching, and I was wondering if any of you had suggestions on room requests to help make the first stay even more magical - pool view? Epcot view? First floor by pool?

It will be me and DH + 1 year old, 3 year old (celebrating birthday while we are there), and Gram. I have no idea what that family "circus" is gona be like, but if a room request will make things easier or more fun, I'm up for asking.

Also, I can't find the room review charts I saw posted a while back. If anyone can post those again for me here, I would appreciate it. Thanks so much for your help.

I don't really have a good answer for you. I keep debating this myself. Although it was really a mute point for our last vacation. After thinking about it waayyy tooo long, I requested pool view lower floor. Checked in a 10am. Got Epcot view 3rd floor. So don't worry about it too much. I think there are no really great views at BCV, all have advantages and disadvantages.

We have had 1st floor pool view (really canal view) - Liked it for the ease of not using the elevator and slipping out the patio door to swim. This was close to the self-parking lot too. You did have to worry about people looking in. Closer to the pool there would have been more noise as well.

We just got back from a 3rd floor epcot view - My DD9 liked to watch the fireworks before going to bed. My DH did not like the service road bridge noise.

Thanks :flower: And I know we will be happy with whatever we end up with. We are going to be at Disney afterall!

A nice view is in the X06/X08 rooms - Dunes Cove view (pool, canal, parking lot and beyond) - close to the elevators as well but not too close (I would assume with that crew, you would not want to walk too far)

cheers

Well, as the father of a 3 y/o who LOVES Grandma...I'd probably go with two studios. One for Mommy and Daddy...and the other for Gram and the kids! :smooth:
