Best room at yacht club resort?

My husband and I have been planning to take a trip with our 11 month old daughter in a few weeks. My parents were going to come along as well. My parents recently had something happen and they were not going to be able to afford to come so we have decided to let them in to our room. We have a Water view room at the Yacht club. I am a little nervous about having enough room for all 5 of us. We are looking to have beautiful view looking over the water. Something quiet as well. Is there any rooms or room locations I should request for when checking in?
