Why is Casita 3 the best of the preferred buildings?

Casitas 3 is very close to El Centro with its shopping and dining, but is also close to the bus stop that is the first pick up and drop off, the quiet pool, and the salon/spa.. It is closer than the other preferred buildings to the themed pool. It is just an overall great location! I actually like Casitas 4 (standard room) just as well as the other preferred buildings.

It isn't a big deal, but it is the building that I would request if staying preferred.

It's a moderate. There are no amazing views. At least from your room.

We had a lake view from our upper tier room at CSR and it was gorgeous. We've had horrendously bad views at Beach Club Villas and Yacht Club. So, being a moderate doesn't necessarily mean a bad view. When we stayed at CSR, we were in Casitas 5. Very pretty. Half way between the main building and the pool. We enjoyed it. We also stayed last month in CSR Business Class and it was great -- really nice breakfast offerings -- including fresh berries! We've never gotten fresh berries at any other Club Level -- and we've stayed at nearly ever deluxe Club Level including GF RPC several times. I would do CSR Business Class again in a minute!
