Here are some of my thoughts regarding some of the restaurants mentioned:
Narcoosees - A good restaurant with a great location. But as mentioned ealier it can be noisy. For an even better dining experience and more romantic, try Citricos.
Citricos - One of the better restaurants on property with the added advantage of being at one of the more romantic hotels - GF. Great food, service and decor results in memorable dining experience.
Artist Point - I really like this restaurant, but it is a bit more casual. You cannot go wrong here if you want a good meal, but there are slightly better choices - like my next entry.
California Grill - See my comments for Citricos as this is also one of the better restaurants on property. The only thing is that you are trading the GF location for top floor of the CR. Romantically speaking, a fairly even trade-off.
Yachtsman Steakhouse - Nothing I can add to the comments already made here. A good choice if you are looking for beef.
Flying Fish - One of my favorite restaurants on property. Great food,service and location. Though I do like the decor of this restaurant, it may not necessarily be the most romantic. It is a bit more whimsical in its design.
Jiko - Lets see - great food, great service, wonderful decor, and get to view free roaming animals after dinner. Nope, cannot think of anything more romantic.
Victoria & Alberts - Have not yet dined here. But based on what I have heard you will not go wrong here. The most expensive dining on property that lives up to that old saying - you get what you pay for.
