Thanks for all the great ideas...although I havent made up my mind - everyone sure has given me a lot to think about.

ACaribbeanPirateInNE said:My wife and I have visited Cali Grill every time that we have been to Disney for the last three years. Sometimes twice per visit. The best time for a romantic dinner at Cali Grill is later at night and near the windows looking over the park. The Castle is washed with multiple changing colors and then the fireworks are great out on the rooftop walkway.
The meals are always awesome and the menu is always changing. If you like Sushi, this is one of the best places to have it. Yoshi their Sushi Chef is award winning. If you get the oppertunity to eat their twice, request a seat at the sushi chef's table (if you like sushi of course). You can watch them work and they are very cool and talk with you about their cooking experience.
The other places that we always visit are: Citricos (everything), Jiko (Try the Taste of Africa), The Yachtsman Steakhouse, Artist Point, and Narcoossee.
