On the theme parks board there is an entire thread about FP+ for WDW. Finally have that down pat. However haven't been to DL in 20 years so I don't know which rides are priority FP rides. I'm pretty sure that RSR is a must but don't know which other rides are a must.

RSR, Hyperspace Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, Indiana Jones, Star Tours, Soarin, Screamin and Tower of Terror. Those are the biggies.

Do you need a FP for Peter Pan? I keep seeing it recommended for FP, but the others above a so important to us. How many fast passes can you have a day? (That are in the connected loop - aren't one or two disconnected from the rest?)

Peter Pan doesn't have FP, so standing in line is the only option. There isn't a limit to how many FPs you can pull in one day. It's more a question of waiting for the time on your FP to trip so that you can pull another FP and of how quickly certain rides run out of FPs. WOC FPs are disconnected and I think Buzz is, too.

Peter Pan at Disneyland does not offer Fast Pass. If you want to ride, make this your first ride at rope drop or go immediately after the fireworks for the shortest waits.

Is it worth the ride?

Our kids are 11, 14, 17, 20, 22. We are in DL for Wed/Thu and CA for Friday. (we think, lol)

We7Johnsons, I love Peter Pan and my family and I ride it at least once each visit. But, it is one of the dark rides in Fantasyland. So it isn't that thrilling...that said it is a original park favorite (one of the reasons I love it so much) and is very magical to my family. Since your family is older, I would say that you should try to go towards the end of the day (if you are going to be in the park when it is late). It is charming...like most of the attractions in Fantasyland. That said, if I could only do one or two of the Fantasyland rides, I would go for Alice in Wonderland and Mr Toad's Wild Ride.

Excellent advice! Mr Toad's Wild Ride was my fav back when I was there in the late 70's and again in the late 80's. I think fitting Peter Pan in later, perhaps during a parade, is an excellent suggestion. Thank you...

PP is a long line & as you only have 2 days in the parks I would not make PP a priority. You said you are WDW vets, I've only ridden WDW PP once but I think the rides were pretty similar. If someone in the group really loves it go for it but if there are other things you want to do for an hour I'd not worry skiping PP.

I think it all depends on how busy the park is and how you want to tour the parks.
For us there is no must-use FP rides. We use FP but wont revolve our day around them because we go when crowds are light and and I don't like the idea of having to be somewhere in the park at a given time.
