Best ride order plan for Universal?

We are headed to Universal today for the next two days with early entry to the Harry Potter area so we will get there first but have no idea about what order to do things!?! Any help would be much appreciated! TIA

Our usual plan is:

HP in early entry.
Go to the lower lot, and do the stuff there
Tram Tour
Then the rest at your leisure and checking the Universal Studio App for lines. I would try and save the shows for the busiest parts of the day if you want to do them.
At the end of the day, revisit HP again.
