Though may seem surprising but we had delicious melt-in-your-mouth-fall-off the-bone-ribs (great bbq sauce too) at Cosmic Rays with our chicken and rib combo.

DH thinks he is a "rib expert" and he rates the Mojo Bones as #1 for ribs at WDW. We were disappointed with the ribs at Flame Tree and WCC.

Definitely not at Flame Tree, they're not meaty and pretty tough.

Our favorites at Disney have been at Boma (fantastic fall off the bone spareribs) and Maya Grill, of all places.

As I always say, the best ribs are off property

DH votes for the RFC Mojo Bones also- unbelievable size to this rack of ribs! All eyes followed the server who carried them to our table; it truly looked like the opening scene to the Flintstones cartoon show when they get a rack of dinosaur ribs! I had to laugh and point at him so everyone gapping at us knew they were for him. He loved them but could not finish them (and that is really saying something if you knew him, Lord only knows how many steers have given their life for him to ingest...).

We had the ribs @ Flametree in AK and found them pretty good, could be more tender though. Whispering Canyon Cafe in Wilderness Lodge were good, tender but not smoky. Overall we liked them both.

we were at WDW in June and had the most fantastic ribs, (lots of meat & a great sauce) at Boatwrights in our hotel POR.
