Best rib eye

Hubby loves rib eyes so I have a few choices, Olivias, Turf Club, Kona, or Captains Table. We are staying at BCV so that would be the easiest but if it it fantastic would go elsewhere!

Are you trying to stick to 1-credit dining plan options? If not, how about Yachtsman (right next door) or Shula's (short walk)?
