There is so much you can do!
He's not 21, but DS9 and I just did a monorail crawl, started at Trader Sam's for mock-tails, went to GF (where you could hit Mizner's) and then had dinner at Cali Grill at CR (where you can see the fireworks at MK, EP and DHS). We then went to the Wishes dessert party with plaza viewing - it was awesome. bluezoo has a great bar/lounge area with great food. A night on the Boardwalk would be fun! Start at AbracadaBAR, dinner at Flying Fish or Trattoria and then Jellyrolls and/or Atlantic Dance Hall. Nomad Lounge in AK has some of the best cocktails on property IMHO and Tiffins (right next door) has great food. Doing a drink crawl in EP could be fun, with dinner at any of the TS (we like Spice Road Table - great bar!). Or, in DS, there are some great places. If you like sushi, Morimoto Asia has a great bar and you can order dinner there.
