Hey!

I'm going next week with my family and girlfriend.
I want to take my girlfriend to a nice restaurant that isn't overly expensive but the food and experience is good.

Any suggestions?

For table service, we like Silver Spur Steakhouse (Disneyland Park), Annette's (Disney Village), Rainforest Cafe (Disney Village). The last 2 mentioned don't accept reservations, so you can just show up.
For buffet, we like Inventions (Disneyland Hotel).

Make a reservation if you choose Silver Spur Steakhouse or Inventions!

It depends what sort of food and experience you are after

My favourite is Walt's on Main st - you can see the lastest menu in the Restaurant sticky ^^

Silver Spur is supposed to be good but I've never eaten there yet as is the Steakhouse in the Disney Village

Annettes is like McDo - burgers and heaps of chips - I don't bother anymore after a couple of really bad experiences

Inventions has good food but also characters so if you don't want to meet them it's not for you

The non character buffets are Plaza Gardens in the main park and restaurant des Stars in the Studios. You also have Agrabah which is North African/Middle Eastern in theme and food.

Have a look through the menus and you'll see photos of food and decor to help you make your mind up

Only 2 real decent restaurants, Walts on Main Street or California Grill in DL Hotel.

I really like the Blue Lagoon (atmosphere and food are spot on) but I hear mixed reviews from others.
Can also recommend the Silver Spur Steakhouse we really enjoyed it

My favorite is Rainforest Cafe, however depending on interests, T. rex is fun, and if you like the movies, there's Planet Hollywood. Best food out of all of them was T. rex. I enjoyed RFC's atmosphere the most. I can't remember prices for PH since I was on a meal plan, but RFC charges about ten dollars or so for a burger at one of the local locations, so for Disney, I wouldn't think that's bad.

We have always had a lovely time at the Blue Lagoon and in Walts. The Silver Spur Steakhouse is good as well but our favouriate is the California Grill in the Disneyland Hotel.

My best two meals were Walt's and Bistrot Chez Remy. I'd vote for those two.

I really like California Grill (but that can be quite expensive). I also like Blue Lagoon, Walts and Bistro Chez Remy for the food and atmosphere.

You can't beat Walt's for a beautiful setting and if you're lucky a window seat overlooking Main St. Food has always been really lovely here too. We also had an amazing experience at Bistro Chez Remy in the Studios - best themeing I think I've ever seen in a restaurant.

I'd say in the parks Blue Lagoon is your best option to fit those requirements. Theming is great, food is usually good standard and not the highest prices.

In the village, Rainforest is the best option. As above on Blue Lagoon, Rainforest has great theming, food is usually good and not the highest prices.

Walts is also a good option in the park, but prices are a step up from Blue Lagoon, and we've found service a little hit or miss, and its quite often closed!

California Grill is a good option in a hotel - but prices are quite a step up again.

We've not done Bistro Chez Remy, mainly because of its silly restricted menu - choice of salad or nothing for starter!?

Another vote for Blue Lagoon, amazing atmosphere, have a glowtini, they look fab in the lower lighting :-)

Plus POTC is my favourite ride...

We are talking about Disneyland Paris ;) No T Rex with us I'm afraid
