Plan on walking over to Epcot after F! to get dinner, any suggestions on restaurants for dinner. It’s just my fiancé and I, no kids yet. We usually eat signature but are looking to try some WS restaurant that night. Any opinions? thanks guys.

PS. We have Tutto booked later in the trip on a Epcot day.

It really depends on what you're in the mood for. Le Celier is wonderful but it's signature so not sure if you want that. If you don't want signature, Via Napoli is delicious and has some amazing pizza, plus I like eating in the Italy pavilion. Chefs de France is also a good option although I prefer the lunch menu because of the burger. But if you book a late dinner at Chefs and are lucky to be sitting by the window, you can see the fireworks. Kind of nice while you're eating.

What time will you be walking over? I thought the restaurants closed around 9 but someone else can confirm the correct time.

Mexico: San Angel Inn--

My favorite dish is the Carne Asada (New York strip served with cheese
enchilada, black refried beans, red bell pepper, onions, mexican rice and guacamole); it is very simple but enjoyable. Also, you can't beat the ambiance of dining next to the river and volcano. A great date place :-)

Germany: Biergarten--

Many German restaurants are located around where I live, so comparably the food here is fine to good but I love the atmosphere, buffet and show.

Italy: Tutto (which you booked) so, in addition, Via Napoli--

I love the melon prosciutto pizza and the Coppa Brutti Ma Buoni (Amarena cherry & vanilla gelato sundae)

Agreed. That is the best pizza in the restaurant. Well done.

In our opinion the best restaurant in WS is Monsieur Paul. For a couple who is used to Signature Dining, this would be the place to head.

We're fans of Teppan Edo, but if your not into Teppanyaki then have you thought of going over to the Boardwalk area?

If you like seafood and your lean towards being a foodie - then I'd recommend Todd English Blue Zoo at the Dolphin.

Aside from already having Tutto booked, via Napoli is hands down our favorite. They are the only place we consistently return too. Other options don't stand out to me, but you may want to consider heading over to the boardwalk and flying fish. It's just a short walk.

What do you like about this venue? I looked over the menu and it looks amazing, but I'm not sure if my DH would agree. I did a search for restaurants with lobster ravioli and this came up. I made an ADR for dinner at Fulton's just in case, but I wouldn't mind trying this place too.

To the OP, are you on the dining plan? If so Blue Zoo doesn't accept dining plans. One day we'll pay OOP and eat there.

My favorite sit downs for EPCOT are Le Cellier and Akershus and Le Chefs De France. My favorite counter service is Tangierine Cafe. Another great location for a sit down is San Angel Inn in Mexico. I love the smoking volcano and the marketplace at San Angel Inn. I don't know about the food there though, but the atmosphere is so romantic and it feels like you are far away from the USA. The food at Akershus is quite good and the castle atmosphere is authentic feeling and could be quite romantic too. And you get pics with Princesses! Mom and I ate there and felt quite comfortable as 2 adults in a character meal. For the best food in EPCOT though, I'd go to Le Cellier, but you really can't go wrong with any of them as the atmosphere and setting is such a huge part.

My family and I didn't care for Monsieur Paul. My mom and brother hated their cuts of steak that they were served. It was fatty and chewy, not what they asked for. Chefs de France serves a better cut which is wrong since MP charges 2x the price.

Just to answer the title, after many, many years we feel the best restaurant in WS is Le Cellier. Especially on a special trip or evening, would be Le Cellier every time.

:goodvibes

Our family enjoyed Via Napoli. We went with the prosciutto and melon pizza. It was excellent.

Our favorite WS restaurants are Monsieur Paul, Tokyo Dining and Le Cellier. Rose and Crown is good, too. It really depends what you are in the mood for!

We love Rose & Crown; Biergarten (dinner show) and Marrakesh in Morocco (love their chicken dishes). We personally thought Le Cellier was overated.

My favorite is definitely Tokyo Dining. There is a lot of different options from tempura to sushi. I especially love how quiet and peaceful the restaurant is.

DH and I would agree with this. And with M. Paul if the OP wants a signature dinner. But with so many choices of different cuisines available, it really depends on the types of meal you are in the mood for. We have found le Cellier's meals have decreased in quality a great deal in recent years. There are much better places to get a good steak on property. We don't bother with Teppan Edo, Via Napoli or Nine Dragons- we can get that type and quality of food at home any day. We have enjoyed a couple of nice relaxing dinners at la Hacienda, if Mexican food would be of interest.

Another vote for Tokyo dining. If scheduled late enough, you can see the fireworks from nearly everywhere in the dining room. One year, we got the table right by the window, but, we have been able to see well no matter where we were seated.
