Best restaurant for child's birthday meal

I am thinking about taking my daughter to WDW next spring for her 10th birthday, as a surprise. Any thoughts as to what restaurant would be great for a birthday meal - either lunch or dinner? Do the restaurants do anything special for birthdays? Her favorites are Crystal Palace and Chef Mickeys.

Chef Mickey's was fun for a birthday - DS got a cupcake and a special placemat, that's about it. But it's a fun atmosphere.

We did a WCC BD dinner last trip - also fun - DD got a special dessert and the CMs sang Happy Birthday to her (really badly), and then ... well, something else funny happened and I guess I don't want to spoil the surprise for anyone else.

Pretty much any of the restaurants will probably give the BD person a free dessert (not guaranteed of course!), so it's really up to you to figure out what kind of atmosphere you want.
