Best restaurant choices for small kids

Just wondered which restaurants within the parks seem be the most "creative and interesting" theme-wise and food-wise to take children to. My daughter is 6 1/2 and my son just turned 5.

Dining at IOA

Confisco's for the character breakfast
Circus McGurkus - Dont have to eat here but have the kida walk inside and take a look around!
Mythos- A favorite for the young and old. They have something for all. My kids love the kids meals.
Thunder Falls Terrace - Eat outside and watch the drop from JPRA.
Dippin Dots in Toon Lagoon - For a fun snack
Enchanted Oak Restaurant - Kids love eating in a tree and decent fast food.

I Will have to give more thought to eating at Universal...we usually dont! Others will have suggestions.

Do you need to make reservations for these restaurants? How do you do that? At Disney, you can make a ressie 90 days out; what about Universal?

Can you make ressies for restaurants in CityWalk (ie. Margaritaville) ?

SnowWhite, they don't take 90 days out reservations at Universal. When you get to Citywalk, stop at the booth set up there. (It is just past the movie theater and near the Endangered Species store. It is in the middle of the walking area so you can't miss it.) They make reservations there for all the restuarants at IoA, Universal, and Citywalk (except for Emerils.) You won't need reservations any earlier than the day you are planning on eating there. Almost all of the time you can just get in as a walk-in.

As far as eating places for kids at Universal, Mel's drive in is fun for kids as is Monster Cafe and Animal Crackers.
