Magic Kingdom: For Table service, I'd suggest hopping on the monorail to the Grand Floridian to 1900 Park Fare's Princess meals or to the Contemporary to Chef Mickey's or even Ohanas at the Polynesian. My kids always want to go to Chef Mickeys each trip. My suggestion for in the Park would be Crystal Palace with for a Pooh, Tiger, etc. We had a great breakfast there last year - we made it for the first seating so we got to go into the park before official opening - Main Street was empty, it was very cool. We ate at Pinocchio Village Haus last year for lunch and enjoyed watching the boats take off at It's a Small World ride - there some tables that overlook the ride. We also like eating at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe for the variety.
Epcot: This is tougher... for Table Service, if you like seafood, the Coral Reef. Chefs de France is lovely, Norway (Akershus) has princess meals. My youngest daughter loves Chip and Dale so we'll be eating at the Garden Grill in the Land. The restaurant slowly spins around as you eat. For lunch/counter service, we like Sunshine Seasons in the Land or we like going over to the World Showcase and sharing a meal from different countries counter service places.
DHS: Table service: Either the Sci Fi or 50's Prime Time, leaning towards 50's Prime Time with the girls. For counter service, my kids like Pizza Planet for the Toy Story theme or the Backlot Express. If you want to do Fantasmic, there are 3 places you can eat at and get priority seating for the show... we did Hollywood and Vine last year for this reason.
Animal Kingdom: For table service... instead of eating in the park, we take a bus over to Animal Kingdom Lodge and eat at Boma's. Flame Tree Barbecue or Pizzafari for lunch in the park.
No mater what, youll want to go back for more! Good luck and enjoy!
