Hiya Everyone!

Just a fun question to throw out there on a lazy Sunday afternoon: What RESORT restaurant would you consider to be the best? This could be based on anything - the quality of the food, the ambiance, the overall experience, etc.

I'm looking for some ideas for the next time I get to Disney (which won't be for a LONG time, unfortunately :guilty:).

Here's my pick: The California Grill at the Contemporary. My brother and I had dinner there on the first night of our trip in May '08. The food was phenomenal, the service was fantastic, and we got to watch the Wishes fireworks from the outside balcony. It was a magical experience; perfect for a first night at Disney.

So, give me your picks!

I always enjoy a good steak,so my Disney resort resturant pick is the Yachtman Steakhouse at the YC :thumbsup2:cool1::cool1::cool1:

I would have to say California Grill as well!!! However, I still have yet to try Jiko's.

I would say the Flying Fish at the Boardwalk. I love the food, atmosphere and the service!

No question - I think the best resort restaurant - best overall restaurant actually - is Jiko. Very interesting decor - GREAT Food and Wine - good service. Our favorite restaurant of anywhere

Ohana is currently my favorite, but that might change after next weeks trip!

My family typically skips the signature restaurants, primarily because we have also traveled with young children. My favorite one-credit places in the resorts include Boma, 'Ohana and Kona Cafe.

The best restaurant in all of WDW (and a large chunk of Florida) is Victoria and Albert's in the Grand Floridian. It is only one of three restaurants in the entire state with an AAA Five Diamond rating (the other two are in Palm Beach).

This is a REALLY tough call.... and I might easily fluctuate depending on my mood, but for right now, I'm going to vote:

Jiko!

-With Sanaa and Narcoosee's coming in a close 2nd!

Another vote for Jiko. We love it there. It is a quiet, beautiful restaurant. with great service and a wonderful menu. The wine list is great too. We try to go each trip.
Enjoy
