:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

three trips since Nov 2001:

Courtyard at DD (all our requests)- $25
ASMo (all our requests)- $49
CBR(all our requests)- $84

I think the original poster maybe meant $109 a night??? To me the AS are not worth anywhere near that, even though for $49 we thought it was great.

...you could be correct. I think the original poster should double-check to make sure of what they will be paying. $109/night vs. $109 TOTAL is a big difference!!! I agree, too, that $109 for AS is too high....

We have always gotten specail cards in the mail. Recently we got $84 for moderates and $69 for All Stars. Last year we got $169 for deluxe resorts.

The rate we have for our reservation in 3 days is by far the cheapest we have eveer had, it is $140 per night at The Boardwalk Inn. I called and told them I was a Disney Club Member (rate was $209), upgraded my moderate code (it was $189) asked if there were any other ways to get it cheaper that my husband was coming for a conference. The CM then asked if I had a code # and I said no. Told her who he was coming in with, CM put me on hold and came back with a rate of $140. I almost fainted! In his information from the conference they gave no info on hotels except that it wa being held at The Boardwalk, the cost of seminar (that did not include room), told that breakfast and lunch was included in fee and then listed seminar times. If you are coming in with anything you may want to call ahead and see if they have special rates. You could save a fortune.

Here is one more tip they also give conference passes at a reduced rate (about the same as Disney Club discount). Good luck!:)

I have stayed at:
Allstars for $49 and $59
POR Riverside for $74.50/night with CM discount
BWI Water view for $152.00 with CM discount
I just booked WL woods view for 6/28 with postcard rate of $129.

Now remember the days before codes and AP rates? I have been Seasonal Passholder and AAA and Florida Resident but still paid:

Cont Tower Club $340/night
GF $294/night (but did get upgraded to Lagoon view)
WL courtyard view $235/night

eek:

We got July 26 for 10 nights at Contemporary--AP rate of $209 per night. Then I called back to see what Shades of Green (military and DoD civilians only) overflow had to offer--$189/night at the Grand Floridian. So cancelled Contemporary reservations and applied the savings (okay--a little more than the savings) to two more nights at the Grand Floridian. Plus my got a room for my sis and her family. Woohoo!!!!

We've also gotten some good rates, Once we got an OKW 1 bedroom for 189+tax, BC 169+, CSR Waterview 99+, AKL Concierge 244+, all these rates were with AP discounts... We are DVC members also, so we now stay at BWV, WLV, OKW or BCV's for points...

Sharon--

How did you ever get GF for 99$ a night?

Wow!!
