Best resort for wifi and phone service

Silly question but hubby needs to work whilst we are away but needs wifi and to be able to use his mobile. Which resort that sleeps 6 would be best

are you referring to onsite?
if onsite, the only resorts that hold 6 in one room i would assume are the suites in Art of Animation and All Star Music and the 2 bedroom suites in the DVC properties (like OKW, etc.)

as for phone - it depends on the phone service you'll be using in the US.
i can tell you that T-Mobile has really bad coverage in all of the resorts we've stayed in.
It was fine outside of the room, but inside the room, there was zero coverage.
Probably AT&T is better. So you should check which company you'll be using when you're there.

I doubt one onsite hotel will be better than another for WiFi. What's most important is getting a room near one of the access points.

The WiFi in our room at Coronado Springs was excellent. Fast enough to stream Netflix without any issues.

We stayed at AOA, and OKW in the summer and the wifi at OKW was noticeably faster and much faster than SSR when we stayed the year before

The connection speed at WDW resorts vary by you room location and the time of day.

We found this time at BLT that the wifi was better in the bedroom vs the living room and early morning was fastest.

We found AKL to be good. Read on here that Okw is bad.

This is amazing and I'm going to use it next week when I'll be at WDW
However, if you need it for work, be aware that tethering is not allowed while roaming, so if you need to use a laptop you need to use the hotel wifi.
I've had excellent service while in the room at AKL in the past, while in the parks it's goot to awful, depending where you are and how may people you have around you (unusable during parades, whishes...). I'll report on OKW wifi after I'll try it next week.
