Best resort for kids? Also Pets

Does anyone have any tips on the best resort (that would be available through skyauction) for small kids? 4 1/2 and 15 mo. Like no glass table etc. As to pets, does anyone out there allow pets besides Celebration World? I heard that Celebration World has tile floors, so that would not be good for an active 15 mo. old. We just stayed at OLCC and really liked it, but we are going back in Jan. and Mom really wants to take her dogs (2 Maltese) and I would like something without so much glass. Any suggestions? Orange Lake is frequently available on SkyAuction. There is one in progress at the moment for a 2bdrm, but the bidding is getting too active (up to $150ish, with 2 days left).

My only personal experience in Orlando is with Vistana and Vistana Village. Both have tile floors in the kitchen and bath areas. Vistana has it in the entryway, not sure if VV does.
