It's Disney World - all the resorts are kid friendly! Also, since the 2 year old isn't really going to know or care the difference between resorts, pick what works best for you, the adults.

Since you'll likely be spending a lot of time at the MK, if you can afford it, you can't go wrong w/ one of the monrail resorts for convienence and ease of getting to/from resort/MK. Especially if your little one is still napping, I'm a big advocate of the afternoon break to either nap and/or swim after lunch, when little ones start getting worn out & cranky. Then you simply head out again refreshed around dinner time, missing (hopefully) the worst heat of mid-afternoon. :)

I'm a big fan of the Poly for both theming and location, monorail to MK & very short stroll to TTC & the Epcot monorail (for dinner many nights.) :thumbsup2

Our toddlers love any resort we stay at. However, the one they talk about the most is Beach Club and that is because of the sandy-bottom pool. There are mounds of sand to play in, along with shallow water that has sand on the bottom. You can walk to both Epcot and MGM (great for strollers). You are also just a few minutes walk away from the boardwalk and all the fun there. There is Beaches & Cream which is fun for an ice cream treat. There is also a character breakfast at BC. My kids go crazy over the BC.
