Best reservationist at the Dolphin??? Carmine or something like that?

I read somewhere about a wonderful person to speak with regarding AP rates at the Dolphin, but can't remember the name. Can anyone suggest someone knowledgable about the MSAP rate? I wonder if I can even ask to speak to a certain person?

Her name is Carmen. I have, in the past, called and asked for her and the call was transferred to her. That's been a long tme, tho, and, I have heard that they will no longer do that. GUess you can try...

I was fortunate to be able to talk to Carmen last Thursday when I made my June ressies. She was very helpful! However, other S/D workers I have talked to in the past were very helpful, too.
